Guillaume Berthomieu
Fund Manager & Co-Founder
Guillaume brings extensive experience in equity research and portfolio management across Western European markets. His expertise lies in deep fundamental analysis and building long-term investment theses that underpin the fund's long book. He co-founded BDK Capital in 2012 following a career in asset management in Paris.
Mounir D'Kaier
Fund Manager & Co-Founder
Mounir specialises in identifying overvalued companies and constructing the fund's short book through rigorous financial scrutiny and sector-level analysis. His background spans both buy-side and sell-side roles across European equity markets. He co-founded BDK Capital alongside Guillaume Berthomieu with the aim of delivering a disciplined, research-driven market-neutral strategy.
Élise Fontaine
Head of Compliance & Risk
Élise oversees all regulatory compliance matters at BDK Capital, including AMF reporting obligations, GDPR implementation, and the firm's conflict of interest and ESG policies. She has a background in financial regulation and previously worked within the compliance function of a major French asset manager. Her work ensures that BDK Capital's governance framework remains robust and up to date.
Thomas Renard
Financial Controller
Thomas is responsible for the financial reporting, operational controls, and fund administration oversight at BDK Capital. He ensures that the firm's internal processes meet the standards expected of an AMF-regulated entity. His attention to detail and experience in fund accounting provide a solid operational foundation for the investment team.
